Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duties And Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Recruiting: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Build relationships with educational institutions, attend Job Fairs and maintain a strong pipeline of future candidates.
- Analysis: Conduct market research to benchmark competitor pay rates and hiring practices, support with Skills Gap Analysis and Workforce planning.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies along with writing Job Descriptions.
- Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice by creating engaging job postings and participating in employer branding initiatives.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Onboarding: Support with onboarding employees.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in house.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our employee base is split across multiple sites, so some travel between sites should be expected.
