We currently have an outstanding opportunity at our facility located in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading manufacturers in its field and become part of an innovative and successful employer.
This opportunity will provide recently graduated candidates with a 3 to 4-year graduate training programme designed to develop a firm foundation in Supply Chain. At the end of the programme, the successful candidate will have gained key Supply Chain skills from both a business and personal perspective. We anticipate that the programme will start in August 2025.
Programme Structure and Responsibilities
- Attain required levels of performance achievement as defined within the programme guidelines for each position level for both annual performance review and rotational assessment review.
- Successfully model defined HYMH competencies.
- Participate in a rotational programme structure across a variety of roles within Supply Chain and other related departments and functions.
- Be accountable to deliver responsibilities within an operational role.
- Be supported and mentored through key business projects.
- Complete Chartered Institute of Purchase & Supply (CIPS) training to a minimum of Advanced Diploma Level 5.
Knowledge Required
- High attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people from dealers to senior members of the team.
- Ability to lead a team on a Value Stream Mapping Project.
- Commitment to continuous education via the Chartered Institute of Supply Management qualification programme.
- Minimum degree qualified (We are happy to consider those due to graduate early Summer 2025).
- Preferred one year’s work experience within Supply Chain or other related work experience.
- Commitment to the 3 to 4-year programme.
- Proficiency in a second language would be beneficial.
- Previous work experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Power BI experience preferred.
