Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Site Manager located in Belfast. The Junior Site Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Duties will include site supervision, coordination with subcontractors, health and safety compliance, maintaining site documentation, and reporting progress to senior management. The role also involves liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision, project management, and coordination with subcontractors
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to maintain site documentation and report progress
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder liaison
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in sports surface installation or social housing projects is a plus
