Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager (27.5 hours per week / 10am to 4pm / £12.50 per hour)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised, personable, and proactive individual to join our team in a varied role combining administration, front-desk reception, and assistant property management duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-of-house reception, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Manage office administration, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and preparing documents.
- Assist the property management team with tenant and landlord communications, arranging property viewings, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Update property management software and ensure accurate records of rents, leases, and compliance documents.
- Support the team with diary management, appointment scheduling, and general office duties.
