Job Title: Vehicle Repair Estimator

About the Role:

MJS Garage is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Vehicle Repair Estimator to join our growing team in Dungannon. This is a new and exciting role with potential for growth across multiple MJS Garage sites. You’ll act as the key link between our technicians and customers—creating accurate and clear estimates, managing the repair booking process, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Review repair recommendations from technicians and create clear, accurate estimates for customers.
Calculate and include all labor, parts, and materials in estimates.
Present estimates to customers in a way that’s easy to understand, honest, and transparent.
Liaise with both technicians and customers to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
Evaluate parts and labor pricing to ensure cost-effective repairs that maximize value for the customer and profitability for the business.
Convert estimates into confirmed bookings and schedule jobs into the workshop diary.
Order necessary parts in line with scheduled repair dates.
Provide feedback to technicians to ensure accuracy and consistency in repair recommendations.
Uphold high standards of customer service, honesty, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in vehicle repair or a good understanding of automotive repairs (preferred).
Excellent communication skills—confident speaking with both customers and technicians.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on value and efficiency.
Commitment to honesty, customer satisfaction, and professional integrity.

Pay: £22,880.00-£35,000.00 per year
