The General Manager will have full responsibility for all Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and SHEQ activities, driving plant performance, operational reliability, and the continuous development of people and processes. They will play a key role in achieving the group’s strategic and operational objectives while championing the business as a major contributor to the local economy and community.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong engineering background, a passion for operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Degree in Engineering is essential.
