Are you looking to work with one of Bristol's fastest growing insurance repair specialists as a Project Manager to join and support the exciting family business that manages and undertakes property insurance claims. You will be working with insurer networks, loss assessors and for private individuals in the domestic and commercial sectors.
Previous demonstrable experience in contracts management or projects management in the reactive repair sector is necessary .
Key responsibilities:
Management of subcontractors and suppliers to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
Management of health and safety and quality of projects.
Negotiation with the insurance company and their representatives to agree variations.
Project management of the works using an established and reliable supply chain.
Ensure the customer satisfaction is managed all the way through.
Timely chasing and claims progressions.
Entering timely updates to the Job management system.
Required Skills & Experience:
Communication skills as part of a people-facing role.
Experience and interest in property maintenance and repair works.
Aptitude for negotiations and managing conflict.
Customer focused with and aptitude for sale and customer service.
Good commercial and financial awareness.
Proficiency in computer applications and an interest in modern working techniques.
An appetite for delivering results.
