We require an organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative to assist in the administration in the Procurement Department for approximately three months. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Procurement Manager.

- An ability to communicate with livestock producers both within the beef, dairy and sheep sectors;
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong self-motivation and the ability to work within a team;
- A knowledge of the administration and regulations required within the industry would be advantageous;
- Assist in the data cleansing in preparation for the implementation of a new system
- General Administration duties as required;
- Any other associated duties.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential;
- GCSE English and Maths at grade D or above or equivalent qualification is essential;
- Essential to be able to work on their own initiative and take responsibility;
- Must be organised and must have excellent attention to detail;
- At least one years’ experience in a busy office environment is desirable;
- Must be IT proficient. e.g. MS Office.
This role operates on a Monday to Friday basis.
All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
