Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engineering and automation projects across the manufacturing lifecycle
Coordinate resources across departments including Design, Production, Quality, and Procurement
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Improve internal project delivery methods and documentation, including BoMs, Work Instructions, and Change Notices
Support engineering design reviews and identify opportunities for cost or efficiency improvements
Track project timelines, budgets, and risks; report regularly to senior leadership
Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians as needed
About You:
You might currently be a Design Engineer, Production Engineer, or Project Coordinator in a manufacturing environment - and you're now ready to take the lead.
Ideal Background:
2+ years in a technical or manufacturing-based engineering role
Hands-on understanding of production, lean manufacturing, or automation systems.
Comfortable communicating across disciplines (design, software, maintenance, etc.)
Experience interpreting technical documentation (BoMs, CAD drawings, work instructions)
Strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in project delivery and improvement
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is beneficial but not essential.
