As this is a 360 role, you will be selling permanent recruitment services to your target market with a focus on building long term relationships with your clients by consulting with them to solve their problems, building talent pools and managing the full recruitment life cycle.
The Role:
- Market Mapping
- Building Talent Pools
- Sourcing leads, conducting discovery and selling solutions
- Cold calling, business development and personal branding
- Negotiating contracts, offers and placements
- Sourcing Candidates, interviewing and marketing skill sets

- Someone with previous Recruitment or Sales experience
